October Harvestfest 2007 – a good time had by all!!
Despite moody weather, our 2nd annual Harvestfest was still a great event!! Our guests were in perfect form and ready to have a good time!!
Thanks to all the good sports who participated in our Survivor Relay. So much talent, so many laughs…. Our Bigfoot Race and Scarecrow Building contests repeated from last year are always good fun (and taken so seriously!!), and we introduced two new events this year – our Poker Pumpkin game and the Apple Bobbing contest, which went over like gangbusters. Special thanx to Sam who impressed all with his incredible feat of strength – overturning his team’s apple bucket filled with water which gave us all a good soaker!! Stay tuned for new events next year added to the line-up – hint: get your corn chompers ready!!
Congratulations to all teams, and especially to our Grand Prize winners – the Pathfinders, who won 2 FREE nights in our luxurious 3-bedroom log home.
