GUEST POLICY
For the enjoyment of all our guests, the following policies are in place:
- First night booking required at time of reservation.
- Reservations must be held and confirmed with a valid credit card. One night will be charged at the time of booking and will be refunded if cancellation occurs within the proper cancellation period.
- Pets are allowed at the discretion and prior approval of the Manager.
- When making your reservation we ask that you advise us of the number of guests that will be staying in your party
- Guest rooms are available for Check-In at 3:00 PM. We make every effort to have your unit available as early as possible; should you arrive before 3:00 PM, please check with the Main Office. Guests arriving early may leave their bags with the office until the unit is ready.
- Guest Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.
- Any damage to the suite, and/or lost, stolen, or broken property within the unit, will be charged to the Guest’s account, as well as any additional costs incurred for item repair or replacement.
PET POLICY
On behalf of Alpine Meadows Resort and our entire Guest Services Team we are pleased to welcome you and your canine and/or feline companions. In our attempt to make you and your pet’s stay with us as pleasant as possible, without impacting on the cleanliness and quiet enjoyment of other guests, we would appreciate your full cooperation with the following guidelines:
Limit of 2 pets per unit.
All pets must be registered at time of Check-In.
Please be considerate of other guests when walking your pet on the property. Owners must pick up after their pets immediately. Disposal bag dispensers are placed around the resort for your convenient clean up.
Since not all guests are comfortable with dogs, please keep your pet on a leash at all times.
Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture, bedding or in the bathtub. A hose is provided outdoors with each unit.
Thank you for not using room towels. Pet towels are available upon request.
Pets cannot be left alone in the room.
Pets are permitted in “Pet Friendly” rooms only; if a pet enters another unit, a $50 fee will be added to the bill of the respective unit.

PRIVACY POLICY
Protecting your privacy is very important to us. We stress the importance of privacy, and are committed to earning the trust of our guests by adopting high standards for the protection of personal information. As part of this commitment, we want you to be fully aware of what happens to your personal information, which we have in our possession. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which we will collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage your personal information.
Certain information such as your name, address and telephone number, credit card or other payment information, room type, arrival and departure dates, and number of guests accompanying you are required in order for us to process your reservation. You may also, at your discretion, provide us with other information such as any special requests or preferences you may have to make your stay more enjoyable. Any information that is generated during your stay with us is treated as confidential and will be respected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may use your personal information for one or more of the following purposes:
i. to process your reservation or other purchases;
ii. to identify you and facilitate check-in;
iii. to facilitate billing and collection;
iv. to provide the resort accommodations and related services you request or prefer;
v. to be informed in communications regarding service delivery such as comment cards;
vi. to establish and maintain relations with our guests.
As part of our commitment to keep you informed, we may mail, e-mail, telephone, or contact you by other means to notify you of new Alpine Meadows products and services, or upcoming special offers, events, enhancements, or other relevant information that may be of interest to you.
