Wedding Packages
Your wedding is one of the most special days of your life, and the venue needs to be absolutely perfect. Alpine Meadows Resort is the perfect setting for this memorable day. With its beautiful natural scenery and tranquil environment, it provides a spectacular backdrop for an event of such magnitude.
With 22 one-bedroom duplex-style chalet units, 8 one-bedroom duplex-style log suites (available Summer 2008), 4 two-bedroom log cabins (available Summer 2008) and 2 three-bedroom spacious log homes, we are able to accommodate upwards of 200 guests comfortably. Our RV site is also available for those who prefer living even closer to the Great Outdoors.

Each wedding at Alpine Meadows Resort is unique, and our staff will be happy to assist you with customizing all the details for your special day. We offer a variety of ceremony locations and seating plans, as well as catering choices, beverage services, and entertainment options to suit your individual preferences.
WEDDING FACILITIES –
For the wedding ceremony, we recommend our cedar wood arbor with a spectacular view of the lake and alpine countryside.
Large parties of up to 200 guests are accommodated at our spacious BBQ area, adjacent to the outdoor Fireside Lounge & Gazebo with wood burning fireplace and bar/concession area.
For more intimate parties we recommend the dining facilities of the Lakeside Café & Terrace.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES –
Our menu options range from $25 – $35/plate depending on your preference (ranging from cold meat and vegetable plates & salads up to Prime Rib). Included with all choices is a selection of seasonal salads and desserts. We are open to accommodate special food requests. Separate arrangements are made for wedding cakes.
If you require bar service during your function there are a few options you may choose from:
Open Host Bar which can be regulated with tickets. The host (you) is responsible for beverage payment for all guests
Cash Bar / Open Bar – (Bartender charges may apply) A cash bar allows your guests to purchase their own beverages including soft drinks and juice. (Alpine Meadows will supply the liquor).
Specialty wines may be ordered to customize your event. Please give 30 days notice if you would like specialty product ordered. (An additional charge may apply.)
BOOKING/CONFIRMATION-
We ask that a 50% deposit be made upon booking and all meal arrangements be confirmed within 30 days of the wedding date/special event. Balance of payment is due on date of event.
